Archiving Policy

Jurnal Ilmiah dan Riset Akademik is committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published content. The journal implements the following digital preservation and archiving strategies:

Digital Preservation

• PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) — The journal is enrolled in the PKP Private LOCKSS Network, which provides distributed, automated preservation of all published content using the LOCKSS system.
• LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) — All content is distributed across multiple secure servers to ensure redundancy and long-term accessibility.
• Garuda (Portal Jurnal Indonesia) — Articles are indexed and archived in the national journal portal maintained by the Indonesian Ministry of Education.
• Google Scholar — All articles are indexed by Google Scholar, ensuring widespread discoverability and a secondary layer of content preservation.
• Internet Archive — Periodic snapshots of the journal's website and articles are archived by the Internet Archive (Wayback Machine).

DOI Persistence

All published articles are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) through Crossref. DOIs provide a persistent link to the article, ensuring long-term citability and accessibility even if the journal's URL changes.

Self-Archiving Policy

Authors are permitted and encouraged to archive their published articles (post-print or publisher's PDF version) in:

• Institutional repositories
• Personal academic websites
• Academic social networks (ResearchGate, Academia.edu)

when proper attribution to the original publication in this journal is provided.
